Our partnership process
1. Initial discussion
Tell us about the proposed journal, its academic field, target readers, editorial team, and publishing goals.
2. Proposal review
Our team reviews the journal’s purpose, scope, governance, editorial structure, publication model, and operational requirements.
3. Publishing plan
We prepare a practical plan covering responsibilities, editorial workflow, platform requirements, production services, schedule, and costs.
4. Journal development
Once the plan is agreed, we help establish or improve the journal website, policies, submission workflow, templates, and publication structure.
5. Publication support
We continue supporting the editorial team through manuscript processing, production, publication, metadata management, and quality evaluation.

Publication standards
Every journal published with Schola Science must have a clear academic purpose, qualified editorial leadership, transparent peer review, responsible publication policies, and a commitment to research integrity.
Indexing and accreditation decisions are made independently by the relevant organisations. Schola Science can help journals prepare their policies, metadata, editorial records, and publication practices, but does not guarantee acceptance by any indexing or accreditation service.
